i know that you feel like you are doing most of the fix up work right now, but truthfully, a lot of it is not stuff i can do nor do i see what you see when it comes to what needs to be painted or not painted.

i have tried to make sure that there is food in the house and I have done the laundry at least what was there. yours is clean downstairs.

this is what i see that i can do and am good at. i will go through stuff like the entertainment center in the family room and start boxing stuff up and labeling it. i can also go through some stuff in the basement and clean it out and box it up. i will clean out jacob's room and get rid of as much stuff as i can, and box up the rest that he might want. when we sell one of us will need to take a lot of his stuff since he has no room at college for it.

when spring comes and we are ready to put the house on the market i will clean it from top to bottom just like i did in Seattle and make sure that it stays picked up so that it looks nice. i will also work on the yard and flowers in the spring to make it look good. but i can't see cleaning the entire house and stuff now when it's just going to get dirty before we are ready to sell.

there is a lot of stuff i can box up such as my turtles and stuff in the family room and what ever else i see that we can kind of get either thrown out of given away or boxed and labeled so that things will look less cluttered in the spring

if you don't think that's enough then i will pay you for whatever you think you have done above that. i can help with leaves on a nice day this fall, it will be good for me to get outside.

i can't be stressing about all this stuff and have you pushing me. i know that i will do plenty to make sure the house is ready when we put it on the market. i need to have my down time. working 5 days a week now is much different then when we sold in seattle and i only worked 50% so i had a lot more time to get stuff ready and i think that you will agree that i did a lot to make sure that house looked great all the time so that when people came to look it looked nice from the fresh flowers i put out everyweek to not sleeping so that people could come in and look.

i will do my part, i guess i just feel that i have some time and that i will get it done. we need to decide where we want to store the boxes i pack and label so that they are out of the way and things can look good up stairs truly no one is going to care about the basement as long as it's organized.

i'm still maintaining the checkbook and paying most of the bills so i am still doing stuff at home.

hopefully this plan is agreeable to you if not then i guess we need to work on it some more, but this is what i see that i can do to make the house presentable.
